FEES


10% – 25% Equipment Service Charge

  • 10% – Drop off only (No Disposables)
  • 15% – Drop off and disposables included
  • 20% – All buffet equipment and disposables
  • 25% – All buffets that includes chafing dishes, platter and service wear, plus china and glassware (bar glassware would be an additional charge)

LABOR & SERVICE CHARGES


Servers / Buffet Attendant – $20 per hour

Chef – $30 per hour

Bar Tenders – $20 per hour (4 hour minimum)


BEVERAGE / BAR SERVICE


Box Lunches: Includes bottled water, soft drinks are an additional charge

Buffets: Does not include beverages

  • $1.75 Soft Drinks
  • $1.50 Bottled Water
  • $1.50 Ice Tea and Lemonade
  • $1.95 Coffee

Full bar tending services are available upon request.
